Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polres Serdang Bedagai menggelar pemusnahan barang bukti berupa narkotika berjenis sabu yang di gelar dengan berat 632,32 \/ gram .pada Hari Kamis, 22 Agustus 2024 pukul 10.30 WIB, di Lapangan Parkir belakang Aula Patria Tama Polres Serdang Bedagai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Waktu Kejadian penangkapan terjadi pada hari Selasa, 30 Juli 2024 sekitar pukul 21.00 WIB di Dusun I Desa Kota Galuh Kec. Perbaungan, Kab. Serdang Bedagai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tersangka pertama, Agus Julfian alias BUDI, berjenis kelamin laki-laki lahir di Kota Pari pada 11 Agustus 2001, umur 23 tahun, alamat Dusun III Desa Kota Pari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tersangka kedua, Muhammad Anggara alias ANGGA, berjenis kelamin laki-laki lahir di Deli Muda Hilir pada 01 Maret 1997, umur 27 tahun, alamat Dusun I Desa Deli Muda Hilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Barang bukti berupa narkotika jenis sabu seberat 632,32 gram\/ berbungkus plastik warna hitam, satu unit Sepeda motor Honda Beat tanpa nomor polisi, uang tunai Rp 500.000 dan satu handphone merek Oppo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Barang bukti narkotika jenis sabu seberat 601,32 gram telah dimusnahkan,Sesuai dengan undang undang Tersangka diduga melanggar Pasal 114 ayat (2), Pasal 112 ayat (2) dan Pasal 132 ayat 1 UU RI No. 35 tahun 2009 tentang narkotika.
